The WEBSITE and the General Terms of Use are governed by the relevant legal provisions of Switzerland. Persons who access the WEBSITE (USER or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions and in particular accept the exclusion of liability (section 7).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug (Switzerland).
